Jenny - I'd love to learn how to make gumpaste flowers! I just wish I had time. I really wanted to go to Cake Camp this year because they had a lot of classes I wanted to take but I didn't plan well enough for it financially. So maybe next year. In a pinch though, Wholesale Sugar Flowers is great. AND they are in San Diego so I get my flowers like next day!
